The Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, invites artists to participate in a three-day workshop on Mineral Pigments, scheduled from 17th to 19th September 2024. Join us to explore the rich traditions of mineral pigment processing and application with experts from Japan and Nepal through expert presentations and hands-on practical sessions.
