On the auspicious occasion of the 10th Royal Wedding Anniversary, the Biometric Data collection Program was officially launched at the Department of Civil Registration and Census, MoHCA by the Hon’ble Minister, MoIC in the presence of Hon’ble Nangsid Lyonpo, and other senior officials.
It was initiated in collaboration with the Department of IT & Telecom, Department of Civil Registration & Census, Department of Immigration, and De-Suung Office for National Digital Identity, and it is a part of Digital Drukyul Flagship Program that aims to transform public service delivery.
