The Support to Community Engagement in Local Governance (SCLG) Project was implemented by the Department of Local Governance (DLG) with technical support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The project was launched in August 2015 and ends in March 2021. The Project conceived, conceptualized and pilot-tested Community Engagement Platform (CEP) at six Gewogs in Dagana (Gozhi & Drukjeegang), Punakha (Lingbukha & Goenshari), and Monggar (Chali &Drepong) Dzongkhags. In total 31 CEPs have been formed in these pilot sites.
