A Team lead by Hon’ble Nangsid Lyonpo visited Chizhi Goenpa
(Chigoen Samten Chhoeling Goenpa) on 11th May 2019, to discuss on
the finalization of restoration proposal of Chizhi Goenpa and also to
converse on the way forward with Venerable Dorji Lopen of Zhung
Dratshang.

Local Government functionaries and Lams and Lopens of Chizhi

A daylong meeting extensively discussed on the issues concerning pros
and cons of the Goenpa. The meeting unanimously resolved that key
officials engaged in the restoration work will sit together and expedite
the restoration work at the soonest.
