  1. Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs invites bids for ‘Procurement and Installation of Network equipment’s fir secretariat & Directorate Services Office, MoHCA, Tashichho Dzong ’. The bidders may submit bids for the given works.
  2. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total quoted Price drawn in favour of Offtg. Director, Directorate Services, MoHCA. Bid security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid.
  3. Bids must be delivered to Procurement Officer, MoHCA. On or before 12.00 (noon) on 27th April, 2018 and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 PM, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend in the Secretary’s Conference Hall of MoHCA.
