Hon’ble Secretary, Ministry of Home & Cultural Affairs conferred Civil Service Award 2018 to recipients in keeping with the Royal Command and also as per the Chapter 22 of the Bhutan Civil Service Rules & Regulations 2018 for their dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum. The award ceremony was held at the Royal Academic Performing Arts, Thimphu. Tashi Delek to all the recipients.
